Does BBCi know Google is violating its Terms of Use?

Take a look at item 3. It's the usual "you may not reproduce this except for personal use" spiel.

Of course, Google has a copy of the terms and conditions on their server, along with a no-doubt complete copy of The Dying Days and the other Doctor Who ebooks...

But then the Wayback Machine has a copy of Human Nature on it.

I wonder if the authors know. :)
