All the shops have frosty snow-like stuff in their windows and the advertising jingles mysteriously aquire sleigh bells (as
senorhonkhonk pointed out, a sleigh is not a lot of use when its baking hot). Poor Santa still has his fur-trimmed red outfit... he must be in danger of passing out from heat stroke. Sometimes they give him red shorts and a t-shirt, which is a bit more suitable for the weather, but hardly dignfied...Don't even get me started on Easter and all the Spring imagery when it's Autumn...
