Repartitioning FAT partitions

Here's my problem. I have a computer with a hard drive with two FAT32 partitions, and I need to make one of them larger. Partition Magic costs too much for a one-off repartitioning. I found Partition Logic which would be perfect but it only supports NTFS. The best option I've found so far otherwise is to download a 2GB Knoppix ISO and use the disk partitioning support on that.

Microsoft, you lose. You so lose. This should be built into the damn OS.

EDIT: as it turned out, the PC already had a copy of Partition Magic installed. The days is saved!
